Terms & Conditions
These are the terms to which A&T Motocross Parts trade under....
MAKING A PURCHASE
* All goods must be paid in full before removing them from the premises or before being posted out.
* All goods that we have to specially order in must be paid in full before or a 40% deposite payed.
* Item's that have been specially ordered in will only be held for fourteen days until re-sale.
* We do not offer any warranty on any of the products we supply if a warranty claim is made it must be made in accordance with
the manafacturers terms and conditions.
POSTING & PACKAGING
* We try to get all our products out within twenty four hours of purchase. if we havent got the item in stock it will be sent within fourtyeight hours.
* All our products are sent recorded delivery, either with a courier or with royal mail.
* Please allow 4 working days after purchasing (not including the day you purchased) before contacting us about the product not being delivered.
* If a product does not arrive we will need to wait ten working days until we re-send the product or supply a refund. this is because royal mail say we need to wait ten working days as sometimes parcels just get delayed and will get delivered within ten working days.
RETURNS
* Items that are returned must be still in original packaging and unmarked, the goods must also be in the condition they were sent so brand new.
* If the item is damaged we will charge a 50% handling charge for a return as due to re-sale we will have to advertise used goods at half price.
* If the packaging is damaged we will charge a 25% handling charge as well.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will ensure all details supplied through this site such as email addresses,home addresses, phone numbers and all other details wont be shared with any other company or sold on.
